Iathrop & Co., tobáceo dealers ac Richmond, Va., failed for t82,000 Saturday. Nelson Zeigler, dry goods dealer in Wabash, Ind., has failed. Liabilities, including indebtedness due his raother in New York city, $8,000, and all creditors, save his wife, vill lose tho full amount of their claims. Keiler, Troutman & Co., Logansport, Ind., dry gooils dealers, have assigned. The Frankfort (Mich.) Lumber company has suspended, and selected a trustee to wind up the business. The Npw York hardware house of William J. Negus & Ca, bas made an asslgnment.
