The Cincinnati Telegram in speaking of that excellent company, the Silbón 's who played here last night and will tonight repeat the play, says: The Silbons at the People'a Theater this week present what they cali a "big, spectacular, burlesque company" in a "cumedy burlesque," but, in reality, it is a melange of clever variety acts by some immensely clever people set in a soit of pantomine frame, with some nonsensical dialogue and extraordinary monkeyshines for spice. Exactiy such a performance was never seen in Cineinnati, and so it would be itnpossibie to convey an idea of its excellence by contrast or comparison; sufflce it to say that the very jarge audiences of yesterday went wild with applause over almost ever feature of the performance, and the best advertisement the Silbons could have is a continuance of their line work.
