Defied The City Ordinance

Denver, Feb. 29. - Ex-United States Senator Tabor was arrested Suuday nigtat for allowing the Carleton Opera oompany to give a "saored" concert in his Grand Opera house, contrary to a city ordinance. He says he will test the law and carry the matter to the suprema court if necsssary. W. T. Carlton was also arrestad. Bjch gentlemen were released on bail.
