Michigan, the followinir prem. ises, situaled in the township of Northfield, in Uiishtenaw county, Michigan, and dcscribed as follows.to wit: The nortH half of the norlhesst quarterof'section number tbirty-onein township one soulb, of range six east, and the eastthirty acres of land oflirom the east sideol the poutheast quarter ot the northeast quarter ot said sectlon, containlngin all onehundred and ten acres more or lees, and mbrailng all the land owned t,y the tlrst party in said township of Northüeld, to secure the payment of four thousnnd dollars in öve yeari froni dute of said niortg;age with annual interest at the rateof seven per cent. pet annum, payable annually accordingtoa certain promissory note bearing even date wlth said mortgage exeouted by said Jacob Schweiekert to said mortüagee. And whereas, said mortgagee died on or abont February 15th, A. D, 1887, and one Uzziel P. Smilh was on May2d, A. B. 1887, appointed ind has since been acting ashis execotor, And.wherem, it is prorided insaid mortgage, amontt other things, that if default be made in the paymentoftheinterestorany part thereof whereon the same is made payable, and sbould the name remain unpaid fcr the space of ninetydayn that then so much of said prinoipal as remains unpaid with ;ir rearages of interest, shall, at the option of second party, hisexecutor and assigns, become due and payable immediately therealter, Andwhereaa, defanlt was made in the payment of the interest dne June 19th, 1887, and all Dterest accrning upon said note ince ita date is still unpid. And said Uzziel P. Smilh, assuch exfcutor, hus in conseqncnce ofsuch default, exercised said option and declared the whole prii.cipal and interest due as in said mortgage provided. Andas all of said principal sum of money and uil interest thereon aince the dateof eaid note as provided in said mortgage s due nnd unpaid and no suit or proceedings has been commenced or íb psnding for its collcction. Now.therefore, I, William Walsh, Sheriff of ÏVaBhtenaw County, in the State of Michigan, under the statute in such cases made and proviacd. and at the request of the legal hol'ier of said note, hereby give notice that I wlll on the lOth day of Muren, A. D. 188S, at ten o'clock in the forenoon on that day, at the south (ront doorof the Court House, in tbecitvof Ann Arlior, County of Washti-naw, and Stele of Michigan, geil at public vendue to the highest bidder the premues above md in said mortgage described as provided by law.
