Quincy, Illa, Feb. 27.- The strike of the Chicago, Burlington & Quincy en?ineers cut Quincy off frora railroad travel and traffic, excopt sueh as is offered by the Wabash easc the Quincy, Missouri & Pacific west through tbe northern counties of Missouri, and these are seriously afïeeted for the reason that tho switching crews in the yards are all under tbe Burlington's control, lts system here embraces the Hunuibal & St. Joseph, the Carthage brauch, the St. Louis, Keokuk & Northwestern, the Louisiana line, and the main track to Sulesburg and Chij cago. It is said by sotne of the men on the main line runs that they are satisfied with their pay, but that it is the men on the short lines who have made all the trouble.
