At a session of the Probate Court for tne (Jounty oí Washtenuw, holden at the Probate Oüiee in the city of Ana Arbor, on Tljursday, tbe 'Mi ilay of February, in the year ont thoueand eight hundred and eig-hty eight. In the matter oí the estáte of Samuel Mulholand.deceased, On reading and flling the petiüon, duly verífied, of Miirgaret Ann Marsh, praying that a certaiu instrument now on file in this court, purporting to be the last will aud testament of said diceased, may be admitted to probate, and that administration may be granted to Emory Townsend, executorin saidvillnamed, or to lome other suitable pcrson. Thereupon it is ordered, that Monday, the fifth day of March next, at ten o'clock in the forenoon, be nssigned íor the hearing of said petition, and thiit the devisees, legatees and heirs-at-law of said deceased, and all other persons interested in eaid estáte are required to xppear at a session of Baid cort, then to be holden at jhe Probate Office, in the city of Ann Arbor, and show cause, if any there be, why the prayer of the petitioneer should not be granted.
