Columbus, O., March 6.- Judge Pugh, oL tho common pleas court, who is hearing the talley-sheet f orgery cases, has issued capiases for the arrest of Allon O. Myers, Claude Meeker and Col. W. A. Taylor, staff correspondente of ïheCincinnati Enquirer, for the publication of recent articles conceming the court for lts course during the trial. The testimony in the forgery case was nninteresting. After court adjounied Judgo Pugh disposed of the case against Defendant Steube for contempt of court in attacking Pixxwutor Huling, by ñning him S25 anil sentenoing him to jaü for four niüntbü. Steube appealed the case.
