Sensational Death-Bed Marriage.

Davenport, Iowa, March 13. - William Waddell, one of the best known traveling men in this section, being for a number of years salesman for the whole dry goods house of Wadsworth & Co., this city, died in his rooms this city Sunday night. A sensational incident of his last hours was his marriage to Clara Bell Currier, a woman whose worldly name is "Ret Lee." He leaves an insurance of $10,000. The remains will be taken to Chatham, Ont., his birthplace, for interment. He was prominent in the Traveling Men's Protective association and in the Knights of Pythias order.
