An Anti-Horse Thief Association.

Champaign, Ills., March 13. - A grand council of the Illinois division of the Wabash Anti-Horse Thief Detective association opened here Tuesday with a large attendance. Delegates from numerous independent associations of a similar nature are participating in the proceedings, and it has been decided to effect a combination and form the state into one general association.
