At a sessiou oí' the Probate Courtfor the County of Washtenaw, holden at the Probate Office in the City of Ann Arbor, od Tuesday, the 13th day of March,in the year onethousand eight hundred aud eightyeight. Present, Williani D. Harriman, jüdge of Probate. In the matter ot the estáte of Bdward Welsh deceased. On reading and flling the petition, duly verified, of James Welsh, praying that a certain instrument nöw on flle in this court, purporting to be the last will and testament of eaid deeea8ed, may be admitted to probate, and that he may ba appointed eieeutor thereof. Thereupon it isordered, that Monday, the ninth day of April next, at ten o'clock in the forenoon, be assigned for tne hearing of said petition, and that the deviseei, leñatees aud heirsat law of said deceased, and all thcr persons interested in said estáte are rpquired to apEear at a seBsion of said court, then to be olden at the Probate office, in the city of Ann Arbor, and show cause, if any there be, why the prayer of the petitioner should not be grauted. And it is fnrther ordered, thatJsuid petitioner give noticeto the persons interested in said estáte, of tbe pendency of said petition, and the hearing thereof, by causing a copy of this order to be published in the Ann Arbor Argus, a newspapcr printtd and circulated in said county, three successi ve weeks previous to said day of hearing-. TNPDRSDANCB AND BY VIRTUB OF A -Idecree of the Circuit Court for the county of Washtenaw--in ehancery, in the State of Michigan, made and entered on the flfth day of October, A. D. 1887, in a certain cause therein pending wherein Jacob F. Stabler, guardián of Michael Layer ia complainant and Gottlob Charles Gross and Anna Gross are defendants. Notice is taereby given that on Saturday, the twenty-eiffhth day of April, A.
