At a session of the Probate Court for tne County of Washtenaw, holden at the Probate üfücein the city of Ann Arbor, on Thursday, the 8th day of March, in the year one tuousand einht hundred and eighty-eight. Present, William D. Harriman, Judge of Probate. In the matter of the estáte of Edward T. Pate deceasedi Moses Seabolt, executor of the last will and tes tainent of said deceased, comes into court and representa that he is now prepared to render his final account as such executor. Thereupon it is ordered.that Tuesday.the twentvseventhday of March instant, atten o'elock in the forenoon, be assignedfor examining and allow ing sucli account, and that the devisees, legatees and heirs-at-lawofsaid deceased, and all other persons interested in eaid estáte are required to appear at a session of said coirt, then to be holden at the Probate Office, in the city of Ann Arbor, in said county, and show cause, if any there be, wby the said account should not be allowed And it is further ordered, that said executor gire notice to the persons interested in said estáte of the pendency oí said account and the hearing thereot.by causingacopy of this order to be published in the Ann Ahbor Akgus a newspaper printed andcirculating in said county two successive weeks previous to said day of hearinir WILLIAM D.
