Thereupon it isordered,tbat Wednesday,thel8th day of April next, at ten o'clock in the forenoon be aasigned for the hearing of uaid pelitiou and that the heirs-at-law oí said deeeased, and all other persona interested in said estáte, are required to appear at a sessioo of said court, then to be holden at the Probate Office in the city of Aun Arbor, and show cause, if any the re be, why the prayer of the petitioner should not be granted. On reading and öling the petitioa, duly verified, of James Welsh, pmying thut a ccrtain instrument now on Ule in this court, purporting to be the last Tvill and testament of said deceased, muy be admitted to prouate, and that he may be appointed executor thereof. Thereupon it isordered, that Mouday, the ffintb day of April next, at ten o'clock in the iorenoon, be asslgued for tne hearing of said petition, and that the deviees, leñatees and heirsat luw of said deceased, and all other persons iütereoted in eaid estáte are rt-quired to appear at a BCBsion of said oourt, then to be holüen at the Probate office, o the city of Anu Arbor, and show cause, if an there be, why the prayer of the petitioner should not be grnnted. ÍN PUESUANCE AND BY VIETUE OF A decreo of the Circuit Court for the county of Wa8htenaw--iii chancery, in the State of Michigan, made and entered on the flfth day of October, A. D. 1887, ra a certain cau6e therein pending whtrein Jacob F. Stabler, guardián of Michael Layer is complainant and Gottlou Charles Gross and Anna Grossare defendants. Notice is taereby iven that on Saturday, the twenty-eitf-bth day of April, A. D. 1888, at ten o'clock in the forenoon of said day I shall sell at public auction or vendueto the higrhest bidder at the east front door (beinf? the Fourth street entrance) of the Court House in the city of Ann Arbor in said county of Washtenaw and State of Michigan, said Court House being the place for holding the Circuit Court for said county, to raise the amount due to the said complainaut for principal, interests and costs in this cause all tnose cortain pieees or parcele of land sitúate in the townshlp of Saline, County of WaBhtenaw and State of Michigan and described as f ollows : viz., Allof thefollowina: described land situated on section one(l), town four (4) south, range live (5) east, and in Haywood'6 addition to the village of Saline, being lots number four (4), flve (5), six (6), twenty-nine (29), and west half of lot three (3), and the west half of lot thirty (30), accordlng to the recorded plat of said Haywood's addition; also commencing at the center of the north line of lot number two (2), in Haywood's addition to the village of Saline on section one (1), in town four (4), south of range flve (5), east running thence northerly at;rightiangles to said line two (2) chains to a stake, thence westerly parallel to said line one (1), chain and flf ty (fiO), links thence southerly at right angles to said line one (1) chain to a stake, thence easterly parallel to said line flf ty (50) links to a stake, thence southerly at right angles to said line one (1) chain to a stake, at the center of lot three (3), thence easterly along the north line of said lot one (1) chain to the place of beginning, and in making said sale I shall, in accordance with the terms of said decree, offer and sell as one tract or parcel of land the following described pieees or pareéis of said land, towit, all of the l'ollowing described land situated on section one (1), in town four (4), south range flve (5) east and in Haywood's addition to the village of Saline, beinglots number four il) flve (5), six (6), twenty-nine (29) and west half of lot three (3), and the west half of lot thirty (SO) accordiní? to the recorded plat of said Haywood's addition; and I shall also in making said sale, and in aecordance with the terms of said decree, offer and sell as one tract or parcel of land, the land described as follows, commencing at the center ol' the north line of lot number two (2) in Haywood's addition to tho village of Saline on section one (1), in town four (4), south of rango flve (5) east, running thence northerly at right angles to saicl lino two (2) chains, to a stake, theriee westerly parallel to said line one (1) Chain and flf ty (50) links, thence southerly at right angles to said line one (1) chain to a stake, thence easterly parallel to satd line flf ty '50) links to a stake, thence southerly at right anglfs tosaid lino one (1) chain toa stake at the center of lot three (3) thenee easterly along the north line of said lot one UI chain to the plac of beginning.
