The democrats have a majority of four over the republicans m the next board of supervisors, the board standing, democrats 14, republicans 10, greenbacks 1. Arnold; Com missioner Highvvay, Henry Wilsey School Inspector, George Connors; Co stables, C. Smith, Wm. Gregory, Jamt Ivory, Ed. Connors. FBEBDOM. There were 117 votes cast in Free dom, the following officers being eleeted Supervisor, Jacob Breining; Clerk IlenryKuhl; Treasurer, Frank Reno Justice, Thomas Flinn; Highway Com missioner, John Alessuer; Drain Com missioner, Gottlieb Mann; School In spector, Fred Feldkamp; Constables Daniel Waker, Thomas Guiñan, Frank Koebbe and Theodore Ulrich. R Henne received one vote for Highway Commissioner and one for constable. LIMA. The following officers were elected, all democratie. Supervisor, George Mann; Clerk, Lester Sweetland; Treasurer, John Grosshans; Justice, Daniel Seyler; Ilighway Commissioner, Gottlob Sberdt; School Inspector, Jacob Berkle; Drain .Commissioner, John A. There were three tickets in the field, candidates on eacU of the three tickets beingsuccessful as follows: Supervisor, Iloratio Burch, G. 83; clerk, John F. Nestell, R. 95; treasurer, Ruben Wolf, G. 2; justice, Jtonathan R. Burtis, D.; David S. Alvored, D.: Jolm M. Huber D. XORTIIFIELD. The democrats of Northfleld elected a straight ticket Monday vvith the ex. ception of Supervisor. Frank Duncan on the citizen's ticket defeated F. S. Furtell by 27 majority. The following are the township officers; Supervisor, Frank Duncan; Clerk, Thos. Wall; Trea3urer, Wm. Feldkamp, 70; Oliver High, 70; William Iluestnan, 70; James Douglas, 70. SUPERIOR. The republicans gain a supervisor in this town, the ouly man elected in their ticket. George Crippen, republican gets 20 majority for supervisor. The democrats elected were, clerk, W. M. Depue, 29; treasurer, W. M. Gates; 35; justice, T. V. Quackenbush, 21, highway com., G. Howard, 25; drain com., Geo.Burrell,20; school inspector, E. C. Gale, 7; constables, C. Fennell, 32; A. C. Gale, 32; Jas. Gates; Chas. Arnold, 32. SYLVAN. The democrats indorsed J. L. Gilbert, republican, for supervisor. The remainder of the republiean ticket was elected excepting school inspector for which office Fred Kilmer, demoerat, had 73 majority, A. M. Yocum had 71 for clerk, Charles Wunder 61 for treasurer; J . D. Schnaitmau, 18 for justice; J. F. Reimensclmeider 122 for highway com.; John Koe 73 for drain com. and J. Staiïan, Audrew Hews, M. M. Wilson; constables, Reuben Queal, Elmer S. Cushman, Chas. Wheeler, John Alexander. YORK TOWNSHIP. Alfred Davenport was re-elected Supervisor by a majority of 56 over George F. Richards. The democratie ticket was elected with the exception of school inspector and one constable. John Cook, repubiican, having 12 tnaority for school inspeetor. The democrats elected were John M. Clark, clerk; Gilmore C. Townseud. treasurer; D. W. Hitchcockjustice of the peace O. VV. Sangree, highway commissioner' and Charles H. McMillen, drain comj missioner. The constables elected were Firraer Bronner, George VanBlarcum, Charles L. Gording aud H. M. Dexter. The democratie tickets voted exceed he repubiican tickets by 35. YJP6ILANTI CITY. Frank P. Bogardus was elected mayor of the city by a plurality of 93. The democrats elected both supervisors a gain of one. The successf ui supervisors were fhilander Stevens and Stephen Hutchinson. Tho democrats also eleeted three out of five aldermen, the council now standing seven democrats and three republicana. YPSILAXTI TOWN. The democrats elected treasurer and drain commissioner and the rèpublicans the balance of the ticket as ollows: Supervisor, Albert K. Graves, 2; clerk, Alonzo E. Ford, 17; treasurer, Geo. W.
