Ata sesaion of the Probate Court for the County of Washtenaw, holden at the Probate Office in the city of Ann Arbor, on Tuesday, the 20th day of Mareh, in the jear one thousand eight huudred and eighty eight. Present, Wm. D, Harrimau, Judge of Probate. In the matter of the estáte of Elvira Marsh, deceased. On readii-pandflling the petitlon dulyverified of Jamos V. On reading and Hling the pctitior, duly verified, of James Welsh, praying that a eertain instrument now od tile in this court, purporting to be the last will and testament of aaid deceased, may be admitted to prouate, and that be may be appointed executor thereof. Thereupou it isordered, that Monday, the ninth day of April next, at ten o'clock in the foreuoon, be assigned for tne hearing of said petition, and that the devinees, leñatees aud beirsat law of saiil deceased, and all other persons interested in said estáte are rpquired to appcar at a session of said court, then to be holden at the Probate office, in the city of Ann Arbor, and show cause, if any there be, why the prayer of the petitiouer should not be granted. D. 188T, m a eertain cause therein pending wherein Jacob F. Stabler, guardián of Michael Layer is complainant and Gottlob Charles Cross and Anna Gross are defendants. Notice is hereby given that on Saturday, the twenty-eiehth day of April, A. D. 1888, at ten o'clock in the forenoon of eaid day I shall sell at public auction or vendue to the hijihest bidder at the east front door the Fourth street entranoe) of the Court House in the city of Ann Arbor in said county of Washtenaw and State of Michigan, said Court House being the place for holding theCircuit Court for said county, to raise the amount duo to the said complainant lor principal, interests and costs in this cause all tnose eertain pieces or pareéis of land sitúate in the township of Saline, County of Washtenaw and State of Michigan and describcd as f ollows : viz., AU of the f ollowinsr described land situated on section one(l), town tour (4) south, range tive (5) east, and in Haywood's addition to the village of Saline, being lots number four (4), flve (5), six (6), twenty-nine (Z)), and west half of lot three (31, and the west half of lot thlrty 80), accordlng to the recorded plat of said Haywood's addition; aleo cornmencing at the center of the north line of lot number two (2), in Haywood's addition to the village of Saline on seetion one (1), in town four (4), south of range üve(5), east running thence northerly at;right.angles to said line two (2) chains to a 6take, thence westerly parallel to said line one (1), chain and fli'ty (50), links thence southerly at right anglee to said line one (1) chain to a stake, thenee easterly parallel to said line flf ty (50) links to a stake, thence southerly at right angles to said line one (1) chain to a stake, at the center of lot three (3), thence easterly along the north line of paid lot one (1) chain to the place of beginning, and in making said sale I shall, in accordance with the terms oí said decree. offer and sell as one traot or parcel of land the followirig described pieces or pareels of said land, towit, all of the following described land situated on section one (1), in town four (4), south rui uro flye (5) east and in Haywood's addition to the village of Saline, being lots number four (4) flve (5), six (6), twenty-nine (29) and west half of lot three (3), and the west half of lot thirty (30) accordinjr to the recorded plat of 6aid Haywood's addition; and I shall also in making said sale, and in accordance with the terms of said decree, offer and sell as one tract or parcel of land, the land described as follows, commencing at the center of the north line of lot number two (2) in Haywood's addition to the village of Saline on section one (1), in town four (4), south of range flve (5) east, running thence northerly at right angles to said line two (2) chains. to a stake, thenee westerly parallel to said line one (li chain andüfty(öO) links, thence southerly at right angles to said line one (1) chain to a stake, thence easterly parallel to said line flfty '50) links toa stake, thonce southerly at right angles to said line one (1) chain to a stake at the center of lot three (8) thence easterly along the north line of said lot one [11 chain to the plaen of beginning.
