Got Any Bonds To Sell ?

Washington City, April 18. - Secretary Fairchild has issued the f ollowing circular : "By virtue of the authority contained in section 2 of the act of March 3, 1881 (chapter 133 of the statutes at large), notice is hereby given that on Monday, April 23, and daily thereafter, at noon, until further notice, proposals vvill be received in the office of the secretary of the treasury for the sale to the government of United States bonds of the acts of July 14, 1870, and Jan. 20, 18T1. Proposals should state the specific charaeter of the bonds offered, whether coupon or registered, and must be for the sale of the bonds with accrued interest to and includiig the day of sale. The right is reserved to reject any or all proposals for the sale of bonds if it is thought to be for the interest of the government to do so. "
