Notice is hereby írivon, thut in pursuanee of' an order granted te the undersig-ned guardián of the estáte of said Oliver Kiniberly, by the ■ Hon. Judge of Probate for the County ol Washtenaw, on the 28th doy of Fcbruary, A. D., 1888, there will be sold at public vendue, to the highest bidder, at the dweiling house on the premises bolow describes, in the Township of Webster, in the County of Washtenaw in said State, on Monday the sixteenth day of April, A. D., 1888, at one o'cloek in the afternoon of that day (subject to all eneumbrances by mortgage or otherwise existing at the time of the sale), the following described real estáte, to-wit: All of the east half of the west half of section thirty-flve that lies north, of the center of the Plymouth and Dexter road in township one (1) south of range flve (5) east (Webster), Washtenaw County, in Michigan, excepting and reserving a strip eight rods wide along the entire east side of said deecribed land, being seventy-two (72) acres, more or less.
