The joint concert of the Chora Union of this city and the united Choral societies, of Ypsilanti, given to-uight in Ypsilanti, will be repeated with some pleasing variations in Uniyeisity Hall to-morrow (Saturday) evening befoie what should be one of the largest audiences of the season. ïhe two clubs have beeu drilled by the most competent instructora and at the rehearsal in Ypsilanti last Friday night, it was found that their voices blended mostharmoniously. ïhe twoexquisite compositions to be rendered will be "Acis and Galatea" and "May Day". There is nothing heavy about these compositions. Thpy are delightfully light and airy and competent jndges who have heard the rehersals promise theaudiencea decided. musical treat. Besides these compositions. theSappho club, composed of twenty-four of the best voices in Ypsilanti with Mr. H. IJ'Ooge, Miases Millspagh, Barnard, Champion and líewitt as soloista will rendër Schumann's "Gipsy Life." The concert begins at 7:30 o'clock.
