Kinne, praying thut a certain instrument now on tile tu this court, purporting to be the laBtwill and testament of sa id deceased, inay be admitted to probate, and that she and ElizabethJ. Hyde, .Frank Paul and Francia E. Jewett (now Smith) niay be appointed executors thereof. Thereupon it ia ordered, that Monday, the 3flth day of April instant, at ten o'clock in the íorenoon, be assigned lor the hearing of said petition, and that the devisees, legatees.and heirs at law of said deceaeed, and all other persona interested in said state are required to appear at a sessionof said court then tobeholdeD at the Probate office in the city of Ann Arbor, and show nnuse.if any there be, why the prayer ofthepetitioner should not begranted: And it is íurther ordered, that said petitioner give notice to the persons interested in said eitate of 'the pendeney of said petition, and the hearing thereof, by causing acopyofthis order to be published in the Ana Audor Argus, anewapaperprinted and eirculated in snid county, three successive weks previous to sa'd day of hearing.
