A Negro Murderer Executed

Leonardtowx, Md., April 28.- John B. Biscoe, colored, was exeeuted here Friday for the murder of Capt. R. P. Dixon on the Potoniac river at the close of August, 1886. The execution was private, as under the law only twenty persons were permitted to be present.
