William Maudhn is getting better. W. H. Alhson, of Detroit, spent Sunday with his parents. Some farmers are planting corn, regardless of the cold weather. James Brogan, section hand on the T. A. A. Ry., has had his hand badly injured which will keep him from work a few days. A tramp canvassed this neighborhood last week, who beats the record. He would stop at a house and ask for something to eat and as the good people would go to get something for him he would start off and get nearly out of sight before his lunch could be prepared. He repeated this at four different places that we know of.
