Philadelphia, Pa., May 23. - Au explosión and fire, resulting in the loss of two Uves and about $ 10,000 worth of property, occurred in the cellar of Stanton & Hackett's chair manufaotory at 232 South Second street yesterday morning shortly beforo 10 o'clook. The names of those killed are: John Curley, aged 15, and David Slayton, a 2ti-year-old colored man. They had been sent to the cellar for varnish, and it is supposed they lighted a match and caused the explosión.
