Notice to Creditors. STATE OF MICHIGAN, COUNTY of Washtenaw, ss. Notice is hereby given, that by an order of the Probate Court for the County of Washtenaw, made on the seeond day of May A. D. 18SS six months from that dale were allowed forcreditors to present their claims against the estáte of Jonas Bond late of said county deceased, and that 'all creditors of said deceased are required to present tueir claims to said Probate Court at the Probate office in the city of Ann Arbor, for examination and allowance on or before the 2nd day of November next, and that such claims will be heard before said Court, on Thursday the 2ud day of August and on Friday the 2nd day of November next, at ten o'clock in the forenoon of each of said days. On reading and fllin? the petitioD, duly verified of John Eyan prying that a certaiu instrument naw on file in this court, purporting to be the last will and testament of aid deceased, may be admitted to probate, and that she may be appointed cxecutor thcieof. Thereupon it is ordered, that Monday, the 4th day of June next, at ten o'clock in the iorenoon, be assigned for tne hearing of said petition, and that the deviees, leñatees and heirsatlawof said deceased, and all other persons interested in said estáte are required to appear at a seBSion of Baid court, then to be holden at the Probate Office, in the city of Ann Arbor, and show cause, if any there be, why the prayer of the petitioner should not be granted. Mary Clements, the administratrix of said estáte, comes into court and represents that she is now prepared to render her tinal account as such administratrix.
