The Democrats of Michigan wül meet in State Convention in the Detroit Opera House at Detroit, on Thursday, Juiy 19th, 1888, At eleven o'clock a, m. to nomínate canrtidates for State Officers and for Blectors of President and Vice-President of the United States, and for the transaction of euch other business as may properly come before the convention. According to the rule adopted by the state convention held at Detroit in 1880. every county is entitled to one delégate for each 5U0 votes cast for governor at the last general lecUon, and one additional delégate for a fraction of not less than 260 votes, but any county is entitled to at least two delegates. All delegates must be residents of the eounties they represent . The delegates f rom each Congressional District will meet in caucus at 10 o'clock a, m., on day of the convention. I. M. WESTON.
