On readiug and filing the petition, duly venfied of Charles M. Blacknitr, pruying that a certain instrument now on flle in this eourt, purporting to be the last will and testament of said deceased may be admitted to probate, and that William H. Hack anc John W. Blakeslee muy be aptiointed exeeutore thereof.
