Present. Williani D. Harrimau, Judge of ProIn' the matter of the estáte of James Sumner, On reading and nlinirthe petition, duly verified, of Eugcne K. Fruêauff praying that aduinisirationdu bonis non with the will annexed of said estáte may be granted to himself or sonie other suitable pefson. Thereupo it isordered, that Monday, thesecond day of July next, at ten o'clock in the iorenoon, e assigned lor tne hearing of said petiion, and that the devisees, legatees and beirsat law of said deceased, and uil other persons nterested in said estáte are rtquired to appear at a session of aid court, then to be lolden at the Probate Office, in the city of Ann Arbor, and show cause, if any there be, why the prayer of the petitioner should not be granted. And it is further r.dered. that said petilioner give noticeto die per ons interested in said estáte, of the pendenoy of saiá petition, and the hearing thereof by causing a copy of this orde to be pubished in the Ann Arbor Abgus, a newsrjaper printed and circulated in said i uuty, threè.successive weeks previous to said day of hearing.
