A Wisconsin Editor Dead

Bay, Wis., June 25.- Dwight 1. Follett died of pulmonary oonsumption. He was born in this city in 1844. He was a student at Beloit and Ryson colleges. He enlisted in 1S64 in the Forty-seventh Wisconsin regiment and served until the close of the war. (n 1866 be and Gen. George C.
