The Demoerats of Michigan will meet in State Convention in the Detroit Opera House at Detroit, on Thursday, July 19th, 1888, At eleven o'clock a ni. to nomínate candidatos for State Oflicers and lor Eleetors of Presidem and Vice-President of the United States, and f or the traneactlon of suob other business as tnay properly come before the conventiou. to the rule artopted by the state conventiou held at Detroit ín J8bO. every couuty is entitled to one delégate for each 500 votes cast for governor at the last general election, and one addltlonal delégate for a fraetion of not less thun hu votes, but any county is entitled to at least two delegatêe AH delegates must be residents of the counties they rein-esent .
