Estate of Ulrich Laubengayer. STATE OF MICHIGAN, COUNTY of Washtenaw, ss. At a session of the Probate Court for the County of Washtenaw, holden at the Probate Office in the city of Ann Arbor, on Thursday, the 19th day of July in the year one thousand eight hundred and eighty-eight. Present, William D. Harriman, Judge of Probate, In the matter of the estate of Ulrich Laubengayer, deceased. Comstock F. Hill the administrator of said estate, comes into court and represents that he is now prepared to render his final account as such administrator. Thereupon it is ordered that Tuesday, the 14th day of August next, at ten o'clock in the forenoon be assigned for examining and allowing such account and that the heirs-at-law of said deceased and all other persons interested in said estate are required to appear at a session of said Court, then to be holden at the probate office in the city of Ann Arbor, in said county and show cause, if any there be, why the said account should not be allowed: And it is further ordered that said administrator give notice to the persons interested in said estate, of the pendency of said account and the hearing thereof, by causing a copy of this order to be published in the ANN ARBOR ARGUS, a newspaper printed and circulating in said county three successive weeks previous to said day of hearing. Estate of Lambert Dresselhouse. STATE OF MICHIGAN, COUNTY of Washtenaw, ss. At a session of the Probate Court for the County of Washtenaw, holden at the Probate Office in the city of Ann Arbor, on Saturday, the 7th day of July, in the year one thousand eight hundred and eighty-eight. Present, Wm. D. Harriman, Judge of Probate. In the matter of the estate of Lambert Dresselhouse, deceased. On reading and filing the petition duly verified of John Dresselhouse, praying that administration of said estate may be granted to himself or some other suitable person. Thereupon it is ordered, that Monday the sixth day of August next, at ten o'clock in the forenoon be assigned for the hearing of said petition, and that the heirs-at-law of said deceased, and all other persons interested in said estate are required to appear at a session of said court, then to be holden at the Probate Office, in the city of Ann Arbor, and show cause, if any there be, why the prayer of the petitioner should not be granted. And it is further ordered, that said petitioner give notice to the persons interested in said estate, of the pendency of said petition and the hearing thereof, by causing a copy of this order to be published in the ANN ARBOR ARGUS, a newspaper printed and circulated in said county three successive weeks previous to said day of hearing.  Estate of George N. Stockford. STATE OF MICHIGAN, COUNTY of Washtenaw, ss. At a session of the Probate Court for the County of Washtenaw holden at the Probate Office in the City of Ann Arbor, on Tuesday, the tenth day of July in the year one thousand eight hundred and  eighty-eight. Present, William D. Harriman, Judge of Probate. In the matter of the estate of George N. Stockford, deceased. On reading and filing the petition, duly verified, of Ella J. Stockford, praying that she may be licensed to sell the Real Estate whereof said deceased died seized. Thereupon it is ordered, that Saturday, the fourth day of August next, at ten o'clock in the forenoon, be assigned for the hearing of said petition, and that the heirs at law of said deceased, and all other persons interested in said estate, are required to appear at a session of said Court, then to be holden at the Probate Office, in the city of Ann Arbor, and show cause, if any there be, why the prayer of the petitioner should not be granted : And it is further ordered that said petitioner give notice to the persons interested in said estate, of the pendency of said petition, and the hearing hereof, by causing a copy of this order to be published; in the ANN ARBOR ARGUS a newspaper printed and circulating in said County, three successive weeks previous to said day of hearing.  WILLIAM D.HARRIMAN, (A true copy.) Estate of Jacob F. Klais. STATE OF MICHIGAN, COUNTY of Washtenaw, ss. At a session ol Ihe Probate Court for the County of Washtenaw, holden at the Probate Office, in the City of Ann Arbor, on Saturday, the 23rd day of June, in the year one thousand eight hundred and eighty-eight. Present, William D. Harriman, Judge oí Probate. In the matter of the estate of Jacob F. Klais, deceased. On reading and filing the petition, duly verified of John Klais, praying that a certain instrument now on file in this court, purporting to be the last will and testament of said deceased, may be admitted to probate, and that he may be appointed executor thereof. Thereupon it is ordered, that Monday, the 23rd day of July next, at ten o'clock in the forenoon, be assigned for the hearing of said petition, and that the devisees, legatees, and heirs at law of said deceased, and all other persons interested in said estate are required to appear at a session of said court then to be holden at the Probate office in the city of Ann Arbor, and show cause, if any there be, why the prayer of the petitioner should not be granted: And it is further ordered, that said petitioner give notice to the persons interested in said estate of the pendency of said petition, and the hearing thereof, by causing a copy of this order to be published in the ANN ARBOR ARGUS, a newspaper printed and circulated in said county, three successive weeks previous to said day of hearing.  WILLIAM D. Estate of Esther Jenkins. STATE OF MICHIGAN, COUNTY Of Washtenaw, ss. At a session of the Probate Court for the County of Washtenaw, holden at the Probate Office in the City of Ann Arbor, on Wednesday the 27th day of June, in the year one thousand eight hundred and eighty-eight. Present, William D. Harriman, Judge of Probate. In the matter of the estate of Esther Jenkins, Frank Jenkins, the administrator of said estate, comes into court and represents that he is now prepared to Tender his final account us such Administrator. Thereupon it is ordered, that Tuesday, the 24th day of July next, at ten o'clock in the forenoon, be assigned lor examining and allowing such account and that the heirs-at-law of said deceased, and all other persons interested in said estate are required to appear at a session of said Court, then to be holden at the Probate Office, in the City of Ann Arbor, in said County, and show cause if any there be, why the said account should not be allowed. Notice to Creditors. STATE OF MICHIGAN. COUNTY of Washtenaw, SS. Notice is hereby given, that by an order of the Probate Court for the county oí Washtenaw, made on the 22nd day of June, A. D. 1888, six months from that date were allowed for creditors to present their claims against the estate of David Blackmer, late of said county, deceased, and that all creditors of said deceased are required to present their claims to said Probate Court, at the Probate Office in the city of Ann Arbor, for examination and allowance, on or before the 22nd day of December next, and that such claims will be heard before said court on Saturday, the 22nd day of September and on Saturday, the 22nd day of December next, at ten o'clock in the forenoon of each of said days.
