Estate of Elvira Marsh. STATE OF MICHIGAN, COUNTY of Washtenaw, ss. At a session of the Probate Court for the County of Washtenaw, holden at the Probate Office in the city of Ann Arbor, on Tuesday, the third day of July in the year one thousand eight hundred and eighty eight. Present, William D. Harriman, Judge of Probate. In the matter of the estate of Elvira Marsh deceased James W. Wing, the administrator of said estate, comes into court and represents that he is now prepared to render his final account as such Administrator. Thereupon it is ordered that Saturday, the twenty eighth day of July instant, at ten o'clock in the forenoon, be assigned for examining and allowing such account, and that the heirs-at-law of said deceased, and all other persons interested in said estate are required to appear at a session of said court, then to be holden at the Probate Office, in the city of Ann Arbor, in said county, and show cause, if any there be, why the said account should not be allowed. And it is further ordered, that said administrator give notice to the persons interested in said estate, of the pendency of said account and the hearing thereof by causing a copy of this order to be published in the ANN ARBOR ARGUS, a newspaper printed and circulating in said county three successive weeks previous to said day of hearing. Estate of Prudence Packard. STATE OF MICHIGAN, COUNTY of Washtenaw, ss. At a session of the Probate Court for the county of Washtenaw, holden at the Probate office in the city of Ann Arbor, on Monday, the second day of July in the year one thousand eight hundred and eighty-eight. Present, Wm. D. Harriman, Judge of Probate. In the matter of the Estate of Prudence Packard deceased. On reading and filing the petition duly verified of Israel D. Packard praying that administration of said estate may be granted to himself or some other suitable person. Thereupon it is ordered that Monday the 30th day of July instant at ten o'clock in the forenoon, be assigned for the hearing of said petition, and that the heirs-at-law of said deceased, and all other persons interested in said estate are required to appear at a session of said court then to beholden at the Probate Office, in the city of Ann Arbor and show cause, if any there be, why the prayer of the petitioner should not be granted; And it is further ordered, that said petitioner give notice to the persons interested in said estate, of the pendency of said petition, and the hearing thereof, by causing a copy of this order to be published in the ANN ARBOR ARGUS, a newspaper printed and circulated in said county three successive weeks previous to said day of hearing. Estate of William W. Gooding. STATE OF MICHIGAN, COUNTY of Washtenaw, ss. At a session of the Probate Court for the County of Washtenaw, holden at the Probate Office in the city of Ann Arbor, on Wednesday, the 27th day of June in the year one thousand eight hundred and eighty eight. Present, Wm. D. Harriman, Judge of Probate. In the matter of the estate of William W. Gooding, deceased. Henry Stumpenhusen the administrator of said estate, comes into court and represents that he is now prepared to render his final account as such administrator. Thereupon it is ordered, that Tuesday, the 31st day of July next, at ten o'clock in the forenoon be assigned tbr examining ana allowing such account and that the heirs-at-law of said deceased, and all other persons interested in said estate, are required to appear at a session of said court, then to be holden at the Probate Office in the city of Ann Arbor, in said county, and show cause, if any there be, why the said account should not be allowed. And it is further ordered that said administrator give notice to the persons interested in said estate of the pendency of said account, and the hearing thereof by causing a copy of this order to be published in the ANN ARBOR ARGUS, a newspaper printed and circulating in said county three successive weeks previous to said day of hearing.
