Júmate Look, of Detroit, íiled a S90,000 bond as assignee, 011 Monday evening, witli gilt edge sureties, and a bulky inventory oL the Cordary property 'n Ypsilanti assigned to him. The inveutory includiug real estáte, stock, bilis receivable, etc., arnounts to S42,602.40. The real estáte is valued at. S7.700 the cash on hand, checks, mortgages, etc, aniounts to 52,429.81, the bilis receivable to 6,750.29 and the stock to 525,722.30. Judge Look appends a com. plete list of liabilities, so far as he can ascertain, which shows Cordary's liabilities to be 344,485.09. This iucludes a chattel inortgage given to Airs. Cordary a month or so ago for 812,000 for money loaned. There are seventy cred" itors ranging in the amoimt of their claims from 54.94 up to $12,000. The claim of the First Natienal Bank of Ypsilanti is S,120. 97 and of the Citizens Savings Bank SI, 000. The lawvers, as was noted last week have been partieularly active with replevin suits audbut very little, coniparitivelv, of the stock remains in Judge Look's hands. Between Tuetday and Saturday last week, goods amountmg to s!3,263.51 were replevied. There were seven additional replevin suits commeucesl Monday. The important legal questioii is raised by therepleviu suit as to whetlier the title of propertv sold passes wheu the goods are delivered.
