Minnesota Prohibitionists
8t. Paul, Minn., July 25.- The Prohibition state convention met at Market hall yesterday morning and the day was devoted chiefly to speechmaking. After the appointmeut of committees on credentials, permanent organization, resolutions aud finance, the convention listened to speeches and songs. The convention at the close of the afternoon sessiou took a recess uu til to-day. Hugh Harrison, of Minnejipolis, will head the state ticket, with some Scandinavian tor second place. At the Fourth congressional Prohibition convention held here yesterday James V. Pinkham was nominated for cougress.
