Chicago, July 23. - Matters were tolera ably quiet Saturday in the cases of the al leged conspirators against the "Q" road Johu A. Bauereiseu's case, in wtíích the state is prosecutor, was heard by Justíce Lyon and he was held in $3,500 to the grand jury He gare bail. The cases against Hoge, ilur phy, Kelly and McGilvery were continuec to July 2S, owiug to Hoge's absence from the city. A telegram from Aurora states tha ex-Engiueer August Koegel, a prominent brotherhood man, was arrested there Satur day, charged with conspiracy, and put un der bonds of S5,000. Hedenied any complic ity with the dynamite conspirators.
