Hollister exeeutor of the last will and testament ot' saifl deceasecí, comes into court aud representa that be is now prepared to reuder his final account as such executur. Tbereupon it ia ordered, that Saturday, the 28:h day of July, instant at ten o'clock in the fortnoon be assifined for examining and aliowing such account, aDd that the devisees, legajes and heirs at law of said deceased, and all other persons interested in said estáte are required to appeat at a session ot said crurt,then tobe holden at the Probate Office in the City of Ann Arbor, in said county and show cause, if any there be whysthe said account should not be ailowed.
