Estáte of Anna T. Hollister. STATE OF MICHIGAN, COUNTT of Washtenaw, sa. At a session of the Probate Court for the County of Washtenaw. holden at the Probate Office in the City of Ann Arbor, on Saturday, the 7th day of July, in the yearone'tbouiand eiirht hundred and eighty-eight. Present. Wm. D. Harriman, Judge of Probate. In the matter of the Estáte of Anna T. Hollister, deceased. Charles A. Hollister executor of the Ia3t will andtestatneut of said deceased, comea into court aiid representa that he is now prepared to render nis final account as such executor. Thereupon it la ordered, that Saturday, the 28th day of July, instant at ten o'clock in the forenoon be assigned for examinlng and allowing such account, and that the deviseea, legalees and heirs at law of said deceased, and all other persons interested in said estáte are required to appear at a sesaion of said eourt, theu tobe holden at the Probate Office in the City of Ann Arbor, in said county and show cause, if any there be whythe said account Bhould not be allowed. And it is furtlier ordered that aaid executor give notice to the persons interested in said estáte, ol the pendeucy 01 said account and the hearing thereof,by causingacopyof this order to bepublishedin the Ann Arbor Anocs a newspaper printed and circulatingin said county two succeasive weeks previoustosaid day of hearing.
