Notice to Creditors. STATE OF MICHIGAN, COUNTY of loticéis hereby given, that 3T an order of the Prorrite Court for the County of Washtumw, made on the 23rd day of July A. D. 18SS, six months frora that date were allowed forcreditors to present their claims against the estáte of Jacob F. Klais late of said county ieceased, and that all creditors of said deeeased are required to present their claims to aaid Probate Conrt at the Probate office in the city of Ann Arbor, for exauiination and allowunce on or before the 2?rd day of Jauary next, and that such claims will be heard before said Court, on Tuesday the 2ird day of October aad on Wednesday the 25rd day of January next, at ten o'clock in the forenoon of each of aaid days. Alfred Lewis the administrator of said estáte, comes into court and represents that he is now prepared to render his final account aa sueh administrator.
