Notice to Creditors. STATE OF MICHIGAN, COUNTY of Washtenaw.ss. loticéis hereby given, that 3T an order of the Prorrite Court for the County of Washtumw, made on the 23rd day of July A. D. 18SS, six months frora that date were allowed forcreditors to present their claims against the estáte of Jacob F. Klais late of said county ieceased, and that all creditors of said deeeased are required to present their claims to aaid Probate Conrt at the Probate office in the city of Ann Arbor, for exauiination and allowunce on or before the 2?rd day of Jauary next, and that such claims will be heard before said Court, on Tuesday the 2ird day of October aad on Wednesday the 25rd day of January next, at ten o'clock in the forenoon of each of aaid days. Being on the east halt of the north-west quarter of section seven (7) town two (,2) south range five (5) east and commencing at the quarter post On the north side of section seven (7) and running thence south forty chains (40) and fifty-two links (52) to the center of said section seven (7,) thence west seven chains (7) and fifty links (50) to mili creek, thence northerly along said creek to the north line of said section thence eastalong the north line of said section seven (7) sixteen chains (i6)andtwelve links (iz) to the place of beginning containing forty acres { 40) more or less. Ihe city rof Ann Arbor, on Wednesday, the Sth day of August in the jear oue thousand eight hundred and eighty eight. Present, Wni. D. Harriman, Judge of Probate. In the matter of the estáte of John VanHouten, deceased. Alfred Lewis the administrator of said estáte, comes into court and represents that he is now prepared to render his final account aa sueh administrator. Thereupun it is ordered, that Saturday, the lst day of September next, at ten o'clock in the forenoon be assigned for examining and allowing such accouLt and that the heire-at-law of said deoeased, and all other persous interested in said estáte, are required to appear at a sessioD of said oourt, then to be holden at the Probate Office in the city of Ann Arbor, in said county, and show cause, if any there be, why the said account should notbe allowed. And itis further ordered tïat said administrator give notice to the persons interested in said estáte of the pendency of said account, and the hearing thereof by causing a copy of this order to be published in the Anx Arbor Akgus, a newspaper printed and circulating insaidcountvthreesuceessive weeks previous to said day of hearing.
