At a session of the Probate Uourt for the County of Washtenaw, holden at the Probate Office in fhe City of Ana Arbor, on Siiturday, the ïth day" of July, in the pearone'tbousandeight hundred and eighty-eight. Present. Wm. D. Harrinian, Judge of Probate. In the matter of the Estáte of Anna T. Holister, deceased. Charles A. Hollister executor of the last wil! and testament of said deceasod, comes into court liid representa that he is now prepared to render bis final account as such ejecutor. Thereupon it ia ordered, that Saturday, the 28th day of July, instant at ten o'elook in the forenoon be assigned for examining and allowing such account, and that the devibeea, lcgaleea and heirs at law of said dcceased, and all other persona interested in said estáte are required to appear at a session ot said eourt.then tobe holden at the Probate Office in the City of Ann Arbor, in said county and show cause, if any there be whyjthe said account should not be allowed. Babcock, praying that a certain instrument now on file in this court, purporting to be the last will and testament of said deceased. may be admitted to probate, a.nd that he and Thomas S. Sears and Lewis W. James may be appointed executors thereof.
