Estáte of AnnaT. Hollister. STATE OP MICHIGAN, COUNTY of Washtenaw, ss. At a sessiou of the Probate Court for the Count y of Washtenaw, holden at the Probate Office in the City of Ann Arbor, on Saturday, the 7th day of July, in the yearone tbousandei:?ht hundred andefghty-eight. Present. Wm. D. Harriman, Judge of Probate. In the mutter of the Estáte olAima ï, Huilister, deceased. Charles A. Hollister executor of the last wil! and testament of said deceased, comes into court and representa that he is now prepared to render bis final account as such executur. Thereupon it ia ordered, that Saturday, the 28th day of July, instant at ten o'clock in the forenoon be asgigned for examining and allowing such account, and that the deviaees, legalees and heirs at law of said dcceased, and all other persons interested in said estáte are required to appear at a session of said court, then to be holden at the Probate Office in the City of Ann Arbor, in aaid county and show cause, if any there be why jthe Baid account should not be ailowed. And it is further ordered that said executor give notice to the persons interested in said estáte, ot the pendeucy of said account and the hearing thereof, by causinga copyof this order to be publiahed in the Ann Arbor Argus a newspaper printed and circulatinin said county two auccessive weeks previousto said dav of hearing WILLIAM D. On readingand filing the petition, duly venfied of James L, Babcock, praying that a certain instruI ment now on file in this court, purporting to be the last will and testament of said deceased, uiay be admitted to probate, and that he and Thomas S. Sears and Lewis W. James may be appoiuted executors thereof.
