Stopped Work On A Railroad

Ashland, Wis., Aug. 3S.- Orders were given out Monday morning to Henry & Balch to stop work on the Duluth, South Shore & Atlantic extensión to West Superior. That road has made an agreement to use the Northern Pacific tracks. The im medíate cause of this is supposed to be th president's retaliatory message, as the South Shore is virtually owned by the Canadian Pacific.
