Stockford, deceased, Notice is hereby given, that n pursitance of an order granted to the undersigned administratrix of the estáte of said deceased bv the Hen . Judge of Probate tbr the countyof Washtenaw, on the fourth day of August, A.D. iSSS, thertwillbe sold at public vendue, to the highest bidder, at the late rcsidence of said deceased in the township of Seio in the county of Washtenaw in said state, on Wednesday, the 26'th day of September, A. D. iSSS, at ten o'clock in the forenoon of that day (subject to all incumbrances bv mortgage or otherwise existini? at the time of the death of said deceased the following describedreal estáte, to-wit.) Belng on the east hall of the north-west quarter of section seven (7) town two 1,2) South range five (;) east and commencing at the quarter pot on the nórth sidc of section seven (7) and running thence south forty chains (40) and fifty-two links (52) to the center of said section seven (7.) thence west seven chains (7) and fifty links (50) to mili creek, thence northerly said creek to the north line of said section thence east along the north line of said section seven (7) sixteen chains (16) and twelve links (12) to the place of bezinning containing forty acres (40) more or less. The two acres bounded and described as follows: Being on the east quarter of the same section and commencing at a point or corner where the road leadmgfrom Velón Bates' saw mili interseets the Bates' road thence west along the first mentioned rond twenty rods (20) to the cast line of land owned by Obed Tavlor thence south on said line fourteen rods (14) and fourteen feet (14) thence east twenty. two rods (22) and twelve and one-half feet (12K) thence north along the line of said Bates road fourteen rods (14) and fourteen feet (14) to the place of begi-inif.g. At a session of the Probate Courtfor the County of Washtenaw, holden at the Probate Office in the city tof Ann Arbor, on Wednesday, the Sth dny of August in the ear onethousandeishthundred and eighty eight. Present, Wm. D. Harriman, Judge of Probate. In the matter of the estáte of John VanHouten, deceased. Alfred Lewis the admimstrator of said estáte, comes into court and represents that he is now prepared to render bis final account as sueh adininistrator. Thereupon it is ordered, that Saturday, the Ut 5ay of September next, at ten o'clock in the forenoon be assigned forexamining and allowlng such account and that the heirs-at-law of said deoeased, and all other persons interested in said estáte, are required to appear at a sessiou of said court, then to be holden at the Probate Offloe in the city of Ann Arbor, in said county, and how cause, if any there be, why the said account should notbe allowed. And it is furthcr ordered that said adininistrator give notice to the persons interested in said estáte of the pendency of said account, and the hearing thereof by causing a copy of this order to be publUhed in the Ann Arbor Abgüs, a newspaper printed and circulatinginsaidcountythreesuccesive weeks previous to said day of nearing. Notice is hereby given.that by an order of the Probate Court f or the County of Washtenaw, made on the 9th day of August A. D. 1SS8, 8ix months froni that date were allowed for creditors to present their claims against the estáte of Lambert Dresselbouse late of said county, deceased, and that all creditors of said deceased are required to present their claims tosuid Probate Court, at the Probate Office in the :ity of Anu Arbor, for examination and allowance, on or bcfore the 9th day of February next, and that such claims will be heard before said Court on Friday the 9th day of November and on Saturday, the 9th day of February next, at ten o'clock in the forenoon of each of said days, Dated, Aun Arbor, Aug. 9th, A.
