Estáte of AnnaT. Hollister. STATE OP MICHIGAN, COUNTY of Washtenaw, es. At a session of the Probate Court for the County of Washtenaw. holden at the Probate Office in the City of Ann Arbor, on Saturday, the 7th day of July, in the yearone tbouaand eiÜt hundred and eighty-eight. Present-, Wm. D. Harriman, Judge of Probate. In the matter of the Estáte of Anna T. Hollister, deceased. Charles A. Hollister executor of the last will and testament of said deceased, come into court and representa tliat he ís now prepared to render bis final account as such executor. Thereupon lt ia ordered, that Saturday, the 28th day of July, instant at ten o'clock In the forenoon be assigned for examinlng and allowing such account, and that the devisees, legalees and heirs at law of said deceased, and all other persons interested in said estáte are required to appear at a session of said court, then tobe holden at th Probate Offioe in the City of Ann Arbor, in said county and show cause, if auy there be whyjjthe said account should not be allowed. And it is further ordered that said executor give notice to the persons intereiited iu said estáte, ot the pendency of said account and the hearing thereof.by causinga copyof this order to be uublisbed in the Ann Arbor Anousa newspaper printed and circulatingin said county twn successive weeks previousto Baid day of hearing. Present, William 1). Harriman , Judge of Pro. bate. In the matter of the estáte of Alice M. Risdon, deceased. On readingand filing the petition, duly verineu , of Henry S. Dean, praylng that a certain instrument now on file in this court purporting to be the last will and testament and codicil of said deceased, may be admitted to probate, and that he and George Kinssley may be appointed executors thereof. Thereupon it is ordered, that Monday, the tenth day of September next at 10 o'clock ín the forenoon De assigned for the hearing of said petition and that the devisees, legatees and heirsat-law of said deceaBed, and all other persons interested in said estáte, are required to appear at a pessiou of said court, then to be holden at the Probate Office in the city of Ann Arbor. and show cause, if anythere bo,why the prayer of of the petitioner should not be grantcd: And it.is further ordered that said petitioner give notice to the persons interested in said estáte of the pendenoj of said petition and the hearing thereoi by causing a copy of this order to be published in the Ann Abbor Abgus, anewspaper printed and onculated in said county three successive weeks previous to Baid day of hearing.
