Notice is hereby given, that by in order of the Probate Court for the County of Washtenaw, made on the 9th day of August A. D. 1SS8, six months from that date were illowed for creditora to present their claims against the estáte of Lambert Dresselhouse late of said uounty, deceased, and that all creditors of said deceased are required to present their claima to said Probate Court, at the Probate Office in the oity of Ann Arbor, for examination and allowance, on or before the 9th day of February next, and that auch claims will be heard before said Court on Friday the 9th day of November and on Saturday,the 9th day of Februury neit, at ten o'clock in the forenoon of each of said days.
