Stockford, deceased, Notice is hereby given, tnat in pursuance of an order grantcd to the undersigned administratrix of theesute of' said deceased bv the Han. Judge of Probate for the countyof Washtenaw, on Üie fourtb dayof August, A. D. íSSS, thcrewillbe sold at public vendue, to the highest bidder, at the late rcsidence of said deceased in the township of Scio in the ountv of Washtenaw in said state, on Wednesday, the 26Ü1 day of September, A. The two acres bounded and described as follows: Being on the east quarter of the same section and commencing at a point or corner where the road leading from Velón Bates' saw mili interseets the Bates' road thence west along the first mentioned road twenty rods (20) to the east line of land owned by Obed Taylor thence south on said line fourteen rods (14) and fourtecn feet (14) thence east twenty. two rods (22) and tweive and one-half feet (12%) thence north along the line of said Bates road fourteen rods (I4)and fourteen feet (14) to the place of beginning. Notice is hereby given, that by in order of the Probate Court for the County of Washtenaw, made on the 9th day of August A. D. 1SS8, six months from that date were illowed for creditora to present their claims against the estáte of Lambert Dresselhouse late of said uounty, deceased, and that all creditors of said deceased are required to present their claima to said Probate Court, at the Probate Office in the oity of Ann Arbor, for examination and allowance, on or before the 9th day of February next, and that auch claims will be heard before said Court on Friday the 9th day of November and on Saturday,the 9th day of Februury neit, at ten o'clock in the forenoon of each of said days.
