National Food Exhibit

Albany, N. Y., Sept. 11.- The uational food exhibit, for which preparations bave been made for some time, was inaugurated in this city Monday. A big parade took place in the moruing in which all the trades participated, several out oL town organizations also being in line. It was an interesting sight, some of the floats being marvels of fine workmanship. At the fair grouuds the exhibit was declared open at 2 o'clock. All the leadiug firms of the country are represented and several froin abroad. The displays are exceedingly haudsome, some oí them costing $5,000. The fair closes Friday evening.
