At a session of th Probate Court forthe County of Washtenaw holden at the Probate Oiüce in the lity of Aun Arbor, on Tueaday, the 21st day of August instile year one thousaud eight hundred and eighty-eigbt. Present, William D. Harriman, Judge of ProIn the matter of the estáte of Chester Paraons, On readingandfiling the petition, duly verified, ofAUredD. Parsons, pi aying thut the dower of Jennette Parsous, widow of deceased may be admeasured and assigned io her and that commissioners be appoin'ed for that purpose. Thereupon it isordered, that Wednesday, the 19th day of September next, at ten o'clock in the forenoon,t-e assigned for the hearing of said petition, and that the heir at law of said deceased, and all other persons interested in asid estáte, are required to appear at a sessiou of said Court, then tobe holden at the Probate Office, in the city of Ann Arbor, and fhow cause, if any thtre be, why the prayer of the petitioner should not be granted : And it is further ordered. that said petitioner give notice to the perBons interested in said estáte, of the pendeocy of said petition, and the hearing thereof by causing a copy of this order to be published in the Ann AbbOb ArGus, a newspaper pnntedand circulated in aid County, three successive weeks previous to said day of hearing, WILLIAM I. The two acres bounded and described as follows: Being on the north-cast quarter of the same section and commencing at a point or corntr where the road leading from Velón Bates' saw mili intersects the Bates' road thence west along the first nientioncd road twenty rods (20) to the east line of land owned by Obcd Taylor thence south on said line fourteen rods (i4)andfourteenfeet (14) thence east twenty. two rods (32) and twelve and one-half feet (i2}4) thence north along the line of said Bates road fourteen rods (14) and fourteen feet (14) to the place of beginning.
