Pittsburg, Pa., Sept. 18. - General Master workman Powderly, in reply to questions as to the legality under Knigbts of Labor rules of the actiou of Eecles and Robinson, non-salarieil offieers of the order, taking the stump for Harriaoo, has replied that he sees nothing wrong in such aotion. Any Knight of Labor has (1 right to express his political opinions, but if he is a salaried ollicer he ehould resigu, inas nuch as he should not use the money of political opponents of the order in tbe adraneement of his political party.
