Frederick Maehle executor of the last will and testament of aaid deceased, comea into court and represents tliat he is now prepared to render bis final account as such executur, ThereupoB it ia ordered, tbat Tuesday, the '23d dtty of October next at ten o'clock in the forenoon be asaigned for examining and allowing such account, and that the dovibee, legatees and heirs at la of snid deceased, and ali other persona intereated in said estáte are required to appear at a sesaion of said court, then to be holden at the Probate Office in the City of Ann Arbor, in said county and show cause, if any there be why,the said account should not be aiiowed.
