Ata session of the Probate Oourt for tlie County of YVashtenaw, holden at tlie Probate Oifice in the City of Ann Arbor, on Mouday, the 2-llh day of September, in the yearone thousand eiiiht huudred and eighty eight. Present, Wm. D. Harrimau. Judge of Probate. In the matter of the Estáte of Christina Ukele, deceased. Frederick Maehle executor of the last will and testament of aaid deceased, comea into court and represents tliat he is now prepared to render bis final account as such executur, ThereupoB it ia ordered, tbat Tuesday, the '23d dtty of October next at ten o'clock in the forenoon be asaigned for examining and allowing such account, and that the dovibee, legatees and heirs at la of snid deceased, and ali other persona intereated in said estáte are required to appear at a sesaion of said court, then to be holden at the Probate Office in the City of Ann Arbor, in said county and show cause, if any there be why,the said account should not be aiiowed. And it is further ordered that said executor give notice to the paisons intareated in saidestate, oí the pendeucy of said account and the hearing thereof.by causinga copyof fchis order to be publisbed in the 5J Arbor Anous a newspaper printed and circulatingin eaid county three succassive weeks previouato fiaid day of hearing. Waterman, the adrainistrator ot said estáte, comes into court and represents, that he is now prepared to render his .final account as such admiuistrator. ■ Thereupon it is ordered, that Tuesday, the ninth day of October next, at ten o'clock in the forenoon, be assigned for examining and allowing such account, and that the heirs-at-law oí said decoased, and all other personsinterested in said estnte are required to appearat a session of said court theu to be holden at the PiobateOffioe, in the city oí Arm Arbor in said county and show cause, if any there be, wby the said accuiint should not be allowed: And it is further ordered, that aaid Administrator ïive notice to the persons intereated in said estáte, of the pendency oí Baid account and the hearing thereof, by causing a copy of this order to be published in the Ann Aiibor Arous, a newspaper printed and circulating in said county Lwo successive weeks previouö to aaiü day oí hearing.
