Philadelpuia, Oct. 17.- Wben General Master Workman Powderly was asked last night if he bad read tbe dispatcb froin Toronto, which aaid that T. B. Barry, who resigued from tbe general executive board of the Knights of Labor, had aunounced that he was forming a new society, he said: "If Mr. Barry will form a new organization and take into it all the other cranks and scbemers and malcontents wno have been ahning to injure the order and interfere witb its progress, and at the same time take (.hem out of the knights, I bid him Godspeed. He will be doing us a great favor, and at the sarne time will not be doing hirnself auy harm. "
