Mauch Chünk, Pa., Oct. 23.- The coroner's jury iiivestigating the wreek which occurred on the Lebigh Valley road at Tam anend, an1 which resulted in the loss of ten lives and the injury of twiee as uianv more, bave agreerl on a verdict to the effect that the engineer of the Pennsylvania freighc train is censured for running at a high rate of speed; the eugineer of the Valley train is censured for disobeying orders, and theflagroan is charged with negligence for not signaling the approaohing train aponer."
