New York, Nov. 7.- One thousand and twenty-three election districts in this state outside of New York city and Klngs couuty give Cleveland 2U2.581, Harrison 250,270, Fsk 11,(519. The same dist.ricts in '84- Cleveland ltjt-,267, Blaine 223,014, St. John 11,067. One thousaud and twenty-nine election districts in the state outside of New York and Kings counties give Hül 200,315, Miller UM,071. Same districts in '85 gave Hill 163,4itó, Da venport 189,552. Latest ret urns received this morning indicate that Fifty-ürst congress will be eomposed of 170 Uemocrats, 153 Republioaus and two members of the Labor party. The Tribune bulletin says the nest housa of representaüves will be Republican by 80 to 25 majority. Roswell P. Flower is elected to congress in the TweU'th district. Complete corrected returns in this city give Cleveland 162,981; Harrison. 105, 7ü6. Cleveland' majority, 57,255. Returns received at the United Frss office by counties, the majority of which are estimated, indícate that Harrison bas carried Kew York by 10,000 plurality.
