Ata session of the Probate Oourt for the County of Wa-shteuaw holden at the Probate Office in the Cityof Ann Arber.on Friday, the second day of November, in the year one thousand eiffht hundred and eighty-eigbt. Present, William D. Harriman, Judge of ProIn the matter of the estáte of John Smith, deOn readingandfilingthe petition, duly verfiied, of James Smith, praj ing that a certain instrument nowonfile in thiscourt purporüng to be the last will and testament of said decaased, miCy be admitted to probate, and that John Coatello majr be apnointed executor thereof. ... . 1 hereupon it is ordered, that Monday, - the third day of December next, at ten o'clockin the forenoon, te assigned for the hearing of said petition, and that the devisees, legatees and beirs at law of said deceased, and all other persons interested in smd estáte, are required to appear at a session of said Court, then to be hoWeu at the Probate Office, in the city oí Ann Arbor, and show cause, if any thtre be, why the praver oí the petitioner should not be granted.
