The undersigned having beenappointed by the Probate Court for said County, Commissioners to receive, examine and adjust all claims and demands of all persons against the estáte of OhriBtian Walker, iate of said County deceased, hereby give notice that six months from date areallowecl, by order of said Probate Court, for creditors to present their claims against the estáte of said deceased, and thatthey will meet at the store of Leonkard Gruner, in the city of Ann Arbor, in said County, on Wednesday the ninth day of January. and on Tuesday the ninth day of April next, at ten o'clock A. On reading and filing the petition duly verified of John Roach, praying that a certain instrument now on file in this court, purporting to be the last wi[t and testament of said deceased, may be admittedto probate, and that admimstration with the will anncxwl of said estáte may bü granted to Thomas I. Kearney or some other suitalMe person. Thereupon it is ordered, that Monday the I9th dav of November next, at ten o'clock in the forenoon, be assigned for the hearing of said petition, and that the devisecs legatees and heirs at law of said deceased, and all other persons interested in said estáte, are required toappear ata session of said court then to be holden at the Probate Office, ir. the city of Ann Arbor, and show cause, if any there be, whv tile prayer of the petitioner shouldnot be granted.'
